Doseage:

When just starting with pramiracetam, users should begin with a low dose. Standard pramiracetam dosage amounts are typically between 500mg to 600mg per day. Please note that these doses are not commonly taken all at one time. Instead, it is split up throughout the day into 2 oder 3 doses.
